Switched to 5G In-Home internet in early December ….. never have seen or received the promotional Xbox X……. Nor $200 card. We have contacted Verizon numerous times and get the runaround or department to department to department with no answer on what happened or what is going on. go into the Verizon store. Talk to the manager promises to the moon and back with no outcome. Talk to another agent in store they say that they have it taken care of still nothing even gave us their personal number. We texted them and they said that once again, they don’t see anything either. Seems like an absolute rip off or a tactic to get you to come into the store and switch just to end up with spotty Internet and promises that never come through of the Xbox X or the $200 that being said it seems more like a loss of $700. Very disappointed
