I was told via a Verizon agent that I could only make contact with the Verizon Correspondence team via US Mail. I sent a letter well over 30 days ago and have still not received a call back or message, etc. I was told that the Correspondence team responds within a few business days! Verizon has put me in a serious situation that requires immediate attention and it seems that they could care less. I
Verizon started a “dummy account” for a separate device on my account and never merged the account. Essentially they sent a separate account to collections and never gave me access to view or make a payment. Every phone call I made to rectify the situation the agent said my account was up to date, not in any way deficient and assured me that I was mistaken. Fast forward 2.5 years later and they have sent this inaccesible account to collections. This is the definition of inefficiency and lack of customer care.
