Is there any way to get my videos andpictures from my PC to my enV? or vice versa?
Yes you can. You can use the USB cable in "USB Mass Storage" mode (SD card required), use a memory card reader, or email them to and from your phone.
I went back a few pages to copy and paste what I wrote, this should help you with the first option.
If you transfer music, the following formats are readable by the phone: MP3, WMA, Unprotected AAC & Unprotected AAC+ formats.
Pictures are readable as JPEG and I believe PNG (not 100% sure on second).
Videos are readable as 3g2; not sure of other video formats.

First go to Menu > Settings & Tools > Settings > USB Auto-Detect - Make sure it is set to Media Sync Mode
Now connect to your computer. You should get the Windows jungle as it connects. When you get that, what do you want to do window on your computer, just close out of it.
On your phone you should see that it activated media sync mode for music. Click on Drop.
Go to Menu > Settings & Tools > Tools > USB Mass Storage
Windows will re-jungle the connection. You may or may not see a driver prompt. Check the phone to see if it reads connected.
If you have connection, open up My Computer. You should see removable drive now listed (D: for most people).
Open Removable Drive and you should see all your folders (pix/vids/sounds, ect).
Since you have pixs, save them to your desktop. We will need to format the card for music to register properly.
After you saved the files from the phone to the comp, exit connection.
Goto Menu > Settings & Tools > Settings > Memory> Card memory > Format - erases everything which is why I prefer above steps first.
The security of Rhapsody (and most music programs) will only allow music to play on formatted card registered to the phone. Which is why if it was an older card that was on another phone, transfering to a different model voids the licenses.
Now reconnect to the computer and allow Media Mode. Rhapsody should prompt its own driver (if it didnt last time) and you should see the VX11000 external memory listed. You will need to authorize the device and then music will copy, read, play.
To put the pix back on, follow the first sequence for USB Mass Storage.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you get stuck or lost in any point.
Edit: Forgot the link to the USB driver if you need it: http://www.lgmobilephones.com/outlook.aspx
You can download the driver in step 1. The actual outlook download is not needed unless you intend to use it.
I have the same problem.
I did all the above steps but I still can't seem to find the pics from my computer, ANYWHERE.
I was originally trying to just get the pics from the card to the phone. But since I figured I had to format the card, I moved them to my computer. I formatted the card and now can't figure out how to get them back to the phone/card. Help
