Hello, I recently signed up for Verizon 5G Home Internet Plus and while looking at the paper that came with my Gateway, I saw two things that stood out and would like some clarification. In the paper I saw these two items
Contact term: 1 month(s)
Early Term. Fee: up to $650
When I spoke with a rep before signing up I was told that 5G Home Internet was without a contract and that there were no cancellation/termination fees. So can someone clarify what this means that was in my paperwork?
