I purchased an Apple Watch Ultra from Verizon store and within a week I returned the device . Verizon gave a label and shipped it out. I got a message the same day from Verizon that the product is in transit.
After a month when I checked into my account, I could still see it. I called up their customer care (and 6 more times since) and asked them to remove that from my account. They have been refusing to do that and have been asking me a tracking label. I asked to find the same since they sent me a label, but they are absolutely clueless how to find. It’s been more than a month and several tickets and still I see the device on my account, even though their reps confirmed that they can see that I have shipped, but they say they haven’t received on their.
absolute worst experience for a high value customer of several years.. appalling service!!
