MCI Communication/Verizon Line to be Demoed and Relocated in Construction Project. Who do I contact?

I am an engineer and currently in the design phase for a construction project in Louisiana. A survey of the project area was completed, and a one call ticket revealed that MCI Communications has utilities that could be impacted by the construction. MCI Communications was bought by Verizon in 2006. Who from Verizon can I talk to help identify and verify the utility lines and determine next steps for relocation?
