We have an old, falling apart utility box in our backyard. This causes many concerns when we have kids over along with our pets in the backyard. No one has been able to tell us who we need to contact to have this moved/fixed and i'm getting concerned. There are wires sticking out and it's in our enclosed yard with a privacy fence. I need someone to contact me ASAP before someone gets hurt from this box.
