I purchased and activated my 5g+ home internet, which specifically said I could claim a $200 target gift card and a Nintendo switch (which expired 2 days after I purchased and activated my unit, meaning I qualified to claim this product before the deal was taken away for new customers after the 31st of March)… I still have not received a “notification” everybody talks about, I still have not received an email, a “representative” told me I’d have to wait 7 days… another red presentative told me I needed to manually claim it with a code… a code I do not have… why is this so difficult? Why so confusing? I bought and activated the unit within the proper “claim” period but was NOT given the proper ability to do anything about it…
I need help from the company and someone who can manually file these claims on my behalf because I have not been given the ability to do so myself…
