Hey Verizon, I hope it’s have been long time with you but recently in my house only one bar service and the sound when I’m done calling is a drop and interrupt so and the quality of the call dropped. I have to go all the way from my house to make a call, I tried to call customer service. I try everything and nothing gets fixed. I think all the customers had experience with this issue. We should switch to another service provider if this one not able to fixed by Verizon itself,.
I don’t like to switch to another provider, but if there is no options, no choices I must do that.
