verizon gift card

So i did the link in the first 14 days and i waited sixty days and when i came back to check on the status of getting the target gift card it says its not in system but i even had a representative help register for the target gift card. And i see so many other people having the same problem

No i didn’t get a tracking number when i submitted the offer for the card.

Whenever you submit the rebate for the card, you are automatically provided with a tracking number for the card. If you are having issues, we would recommend submitting for it here: vzw.com/rebate. Enter the promo code FWTAGC200 and redeem your gift card. Let us know if you have any issues.

When i put in the date it says order/ purchase date not valid with promo code, so what steps would i take now

Honestly i feel as the whole 200 dollars gift card is hard to get and i ended up only being able to get it as a 200 dollar credit but it took so long to even get that and it was a bunch on miscommunication with the people i met in the store and then representatives tell me that i can know longer get the gift card and i feel as they make it difficult to even get it in the first 60 days.
