I have been calling Verizon for months, I get a ticket number and a promise that they are coming. They never show!! Our fence fell down and we can’t put up another until they come with bucket truck. The wire is so tense it will soon snap. Called yesterday and “Mr. Will” refused to transfer me to a Supervisor, he said “we do not do that”! You have to wait 30 days for someone to come.
