Why is Verizon home Internet not available where I live when I have a 5G signal on my phone. I have been a customer for for 20(+) years but to be honest the only thing that has improved is the phone service. I want to give you more money for more service. I have a (everything online says it's belongs to Verizon) tower less than 2 miles from my home and nearest I can tell it's never been turned on. I've talked to tech support and they didn't even know it was there until I told them where to find it. I'm satisfied with my phone service but I'm not satisfied with availability of other services.
