Can’t claim my 65” TV offer

I bought Unlimited 5plus plan and IPhone 15 pro because they were saying get 65” inch 4k tv on us. But now when I try to claim offer it says offer has expired. If I’m not getting tv then what’s the point of getting unlimited plus plan and New device? Please if anyone from Verizon is reading this help me to claim my offer.

Yes I did you guys baited me I talked to customer service 5-6 times still haven’t been able get anything from you guys. I’ll give you bad review everywhere because it’s been a month still I haven’t got anything from you guys only reason I got unlimited plus plan and iPhone 15 pro because I wanted to get tv but you guys baited me.

This is ridic-u-lous! I haven’t received my $200 gift card or my TV. The link was on there and it said I would be able to request today after 30 days. I went in today and the link is gone! What a complete jokeI bought this phone for my daughter and I thought the TV was perfect because she is going to college in the Fall and it would be a great deal. And nothing!

Sorry for the late update. I was able to claim my TV. I literally had to fight them in order to get my TV. Still waiting for my Target gift card though.

Hello Verizon,

I was given the wrong promo code before I hit the 30 days mark to claim my tv. I was sent a email way too early to claim it and both Verizon and Amazon has told me to wait the 30 days to get a new promo code because it is a bad code I was given. I need a request for a new promo code I hit 30 days 6/30.

Im having the same issue. The crazy part is the characters for the voucher code doesn't even fit into the amazon voucher box.

I just claimed mine this morning. No issues to redeem or order it. Code worked just fine. Will receive it through Amazon on the 26th of this month. 1 week. I hope y’all get through and are able to redeem y’all’s.

Yes same for me that's the only reason i got the phone was for the TV and now i haven't seen the promotion to try and reclaim it. I spoke to someone and they said they'd send an email on the 2nd of August.

Same issue here. The tile said to claim on 7/24 on the 23rd. On the 24th it was gone and custom service said it expired even after I explained everything to them and told them about this post.

Same, no Amazon gift card, no $400 best buy discount code. Support never comes thru with solution. After 20 times,and 20 different answers, still nothing. Verizon customers for over 30 yrs,ridiculous way to treat you.
