Wow... Since I hadn't received my $200 Target Card for 5G home internet service ordered on 2/13/24, I searched online to follow up and soon found a hornet's nest of issues with this subject. Like many others, it looks like I'll be needing assistance as well. Apparently my 60 day window which I wasn't aware and don't see that I was ever made aware of is over. I haven't found Verizon 's "Chat with a live agent" or speaking to representative over the phone all that helpful in the past, so I hopeful that someone from Verizon who is able to resolve this issue in a timely manner is able to contact me Thank you.
