Why do I get a text from VZ saying my daughter has reached her limit of voice minutes, but when I go to the VZ site to check, she's only used 362 of her alloted 450?
The online site tends to be a day or so behind.
Thank you for your inquiry. Adding to what was stated, sometimes there can be a delay in reporting minute usage on your device. This can happen because of where the device was used in an area where your not directly picking up on our towers. As the data comes in, we have it processed to forward it onto you for reference. We do try speeding up the process in providing usage updates as most the time the system does permit an immediate reporting of a device's usage in minutes and or data.
