Verizon is offering a $200 gift card for new lines on certain phones. If you're expecting to get the $200 gift card, you should probably temper your expectations. In my case, I received a physical gift card in the box when I ordered the phone that was inactive. I have made multiple attempts to contact Verizon about this. I've been hung up on multiple times, transferred to other departments without being informed, had multiple chats with agents that either couldn't help or disconnected the chat. Buyer beware!
