Pixel 7 Verizon locked

Question

Hi,

I bought a Pixel 7 on Amazon renewed (https://www.amazon.com/Unlocked-Google-Pixel-Obsidian-GA03923-US/dp/B0BLZPYGKF?th=1) published as Unlocked.  When I inserted my sim I found it was Verizon locked.

I went to the US on vacation so returning the phone is not an option. I tried contacting Verizon but without an account is almost impossible.

How can I get help without been a customer and outside the us?

If you are not the original owner I don't think you will ever get it unlocked. All you can do is return it to Amazon and ask for a refund. This happens a lot unfortunately and why we should not buy cell phones from Amazon or eBay.
