I called Verizon to set up a payment arrangement. Spoke with the customer service rep Veronica through chat. She advised me everything was ok. I was so grateful for her help. Even did a survey for her and said good things. Now today after 11am my phone service gets interrupted. I was livid and can’t get through to no one. Since their dumb system wants you to make a payment before you can speak with someone. After searching and finally acting like a new customer after 30 minutes. I was able to speak with someone explain my situation. I have screenshots to prove who I spoke with and everything. They stated arrangement wasn’t made. No accountability at all. The rep is not even trying to figure out who the other rep is. I asked to speak with a manager and nothing. I didn’t get nowhere or achieve anything. I see why people complain about them. High prices and no accountability at all.
