Verizon Credit Card Rewards Not Calculated Correctly

The reward $$ I receive every month is usually about 40% lower than if I calculate it manually. I called about a year or so ago and got bounced around from Verizon and Synchrony. No one could help me even though they acknowledged that the amounts were off.

Does anyone know who I can contact to get this resolved?

To get this corrected, please reach out to Synchrony so a rewards tracker form can be submitted. That way the issue can be investigated and corrected for you.
