I took advantage of a promo for the 1 gig home internet promo for 200$ target gift card and a Nintendo switch . As stated above I got 1 gig internet . I noticed low speeds in the range of 200 mb . I called to see the progress on my promo and to acquire about the speeds of my internet . Lo and behold I was told that Verizon doesn’t have the capability to give me 1 g ig and only have enough for up to 250 ( which is the lowest priced bundle ). They gave me a date to receive my gift card and switch voucher 65 days after activation of my services which is a week past I called multiple times to get the run around and more promises until up to today where I was told they put in a request for it and that it would take two weeks. I’m so unhappy with the whole thing I knew this would happen thats why I called around 5 times asking about the promo to make sure I don’t miss anything . But I still don’t get either promo on time . I promised my son the gift card and the switch and I have to tell him OVER AND OVER that it’s late even though I gave him a date to expect it I’m extremely upset I have both The a phone plan and home internet
