Trouble claiming target gift card promotion

So I got the email last night that my offer was ready to be redeemed, and I went to claim offer, it took me to the screen to choose Target gift card or Samsung Chromebook go.

I click on claim, and it brings me to the terms and conditions agreement, click agree and continue then it loops back to the claim page, and repeats process.

Have tried both on the app and online, and can't get past that...

Jnt42, we're terribly sorry for the issues you're having. Have you tried to close out the My Verizon application and tried to redeem the promotions you're being offered?

Yes I have tried closing out the app, restarting my phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, tried on the web browser and every time it still goes from terms/conditions, I click I got it and it takes me back to the claim tile

Thanks for following up. We definitely want you to get any promotional offer that you qualify for. We did institute a fix recently for customer's having issues. We highly recommend clearing your cache, prior to logging on to My Verizon to claim the reward.

I tried clearing the cache prior to logging in, and it is still stuck in the same loop.

I'm having the same issue. I've tried on a tablet, laptop, and my phone. Just the same loop every time.

Same here I'm starting to think it's intentional, is there anyone who was able to claim the $200 target gift card??

I have also been having the same problem for a couple of days. Reinstalled the app on my phone, no help.

yes, i have tried many times online and on the app, it always just goes back to this screen.

Most of you are lucky... I can't even pull up any data on my internet, including billing info, promotional gift cards that I am eligible to redeem or even internet settings. Several customer service chats and a week or two later and nothing. All my phone info works just fine, and the internet service is great. Just all my internet billing and promotions don't exist. There is a major problem here.

So... after another round with a support ticket this time we discovered that my Mobile account says it is already merged with the Home Internet account but it will not let me see the Home Internet account information at all. There is another account that I had to create for Home Internet that refuses to merge with my Mobile account (probably because Mobile is already "merged" with something else). Wow. Can't get there from here. I think it goes back to the install they canceled due to weather problems, but who knows?
