I cannot redeem the Nintendo Switch through the tile. I was able to claim it as of 5/14 but I have yet to get an email like some have said that received in this forum. I was on hold with Verizon for over an hour just so they could tell me they “escalated” the issue and to call back in 3-4 days. What is Verizon doing? This is all I am seeing in this forum are issues with the Switch!
