HAS ANYONE EVER RECIEVED A PROMISE PROMO?

Reading these discussion post and I can't not believe the mess Verizon has. I too was sold on switching from Google Fiber to Verizons home internet ..with the promo of a Nintando Switch..and to choose from a $200 Target gift card or chromebook...Both tiles where there, then the day came to redeem, I received my 2 emails...and no tile...Customer service said a little delay, allow more days, nope, nothing..No today the target/chrome book is back - but it doesn't work..does not take you to no website to redeem..What a mess and headache ..and yes I've tried by app/browser..cleared cookies and cache

Yes, I have.

I had to wait for the option in the My Verizon app after about a week. I forget exactly where it was now. I looked every day. Then once I did find the option, I had to fill out the form. Once I did such, I received an email titled "Your Verizon Submission Information" with a tracking number. Then about five weeks later, I received an email with the $200 Target gift card information.

It's not automatic. That's why it's called a rebate.

It's like your Intenet provider - do you ever call them and say "My service is great! Thank you for everything!"

No one comes here and says the rebate process was successful. Well, unless you ask.

Email stated how to redeem, as mentioned , unable to follow through with that guidance ...tile is not present for switch, and the tile for the gift card just takes you back to the same screen
