$200 and Nintendo switch

I’m still waiting on my $200 target gift card and Nintendo switch, I was told if I sign up for a new line, which I did 3 new lines plus internet I would get these promotions. Well I’m still waiting.. I haven’t received any other information . Please get back to me. Thanks!
