I was told on May 19,2024 I would be able to claim both my offers...a 200.00 gift card to Target and a Switch...I just logged into my account and it gives me NO OPTION TO CLAIM.
AS I SEE IM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WITH PROBLEMS FROM OFFERS FROM VERIZON.
WHAT ARE WE TO DO ABOUT THIS ISSUE?
