Like many others have commented on this board, I signed up for Verizon Home Internet in March of this year to take advantage of a promotion where I could receive BOTH a Nintendo Switch AND a $200 Target gift card. I installed my system and have been very happy with the service. After about 60 days of service I received 2 separate e-mails, one for the gift card and one for the Switch. I clicked on "redeem" for the Switch but it would have been delivered very quickly, in 2 days' time, and I was overseas in Japan. I exited the application and did not complete the order. A few days later I logged in and the tile for the Switch was not there. I redeemed the Target gift card without issue. Since then I have spoken numerous times both in chat and on the phone. Agents have accused me of misunderstanding the offer (one or the other not both, which is untrue) and also of redeeming the offer already. Had I redeemed it and received a switch, there would be a paper trail attesting to this. Everything I've stated here is very easily verifiable.
What I would like to happen ASAP is for a Verizon representative to reach out to me and assist in getting me my Nintendo Switch that I am entitled to.
