I am about to order the 5G Home Internet Plus.
I tried a friend's and it worked well on my first floor, but less well on the 2nd floor. I understand a "free" extender is available with the Plus plan. How do I go about ensuring I get the extender? I read elsewhere that some users had trouble getting the extender or were asked to pay for it.
Suggestions?
