I have the same problem as most on here, But today I was talked to like I was trash on the street, I had a supervisor tell me if I paid my bills on time I would have problems and them proceed to let me know that Verizon has millions of customers and my complaint is nothing. I asked for a number or email to file a complaint and was told there is no number and she would pass the information along when she saw the need. Verizon is out of control their customer service reps and supervisor or some of the most disrespectful people you can ever speak with. they don;t care about you as a customer. I;m taking my business somewhere where it is appreciated.
