My Verizon app and the website are both completely broken. Can’t click on anything, in the shopping section at all. Nothing loads and nothing is clickable. What did y’all do???
AJ319, we're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your app and website! If possible, can you try clearing your cookies/cache on your browser and uninstalling/re-installing the My Verizon app? Is there anything specific you were looking for that we can help provide info about?
