I have formal, legal guardianship of my brother due to a brain injury. How do I send in the Court-certified documents to Verizon to obtain Account management and billing responsibility on his behalf?
Most vendors are not too difficult, but I seem to be having issues with Verizon for some reason.
N.B. that formal Guardianship supersedes a POA in all aspects, so please don't waste time on that path.
I need to manage this account ASAP.
