Home 5 g internet slow been like this about a week they sent two techs out they keep saying it's something wrong with the tower in my area and it's going to take another week to fix . I know they lied cause I have neighbor with Verizon with no problem with that internet. Last time this happened I end up getting it to work myself . Really thanking about changing Internet provider. Just sad how they gave you the run around . And people paying high prices for a service that not working properly
