I am trying to activate my prepaid service that I already ordered and transferred my number to. I do not have the means to call the support line that from my reading of this forum doesn’t work anyway. The chat function is broken and will not connect me to an agent and just loops on itself. The messenger chat function seems to no longer be a service you provide despite giving it as an option.
Why sell a service to users without an account, then require an account to activate, knowing that prepaid accounts need an activated number to be created?
I feel tricked and now my number is lost in your system, with no real way to speak to a human.
idk what to do.
