I have tried for a week via chat, calling customer service, just to get a simple answer of why my bill increased. I’ve gotten 3 separate answers by 3 different people. Each promising to get back to me, and never do. I’ve been a customer (retired employee as well) for 25 years, and not one person can help me. They each just tried to upgrade my plan. All I want is the rate I was promised and to upgrade my son’s damaged phone. Why is it so difficult to find someone who can help?
