I'm hoping someone can help me. I have a Verizon cable/line over my driveway that is hanging dangerously low (like six feet) and I've been trying to get in touch with the construction or some kind of department that can help me for a week without any luck. It's in Upstate New York. Does someone have a phone number I can call to escalate this?
