I need to submit a formal complaint against a tech support agent.
I was on the phone with her for 2 hours and she basically tried to impersonate someone else when I asked her to transfer me to either her supervisor or a higher level tech support agent because her instructions pretty much bricked my phone. When I confronted her about her changing her voice tone to make her sound like someone else, she panicked and kept putting me on hold.
This is utterly ridiculous and I need to file a complaint. I've never had an agent do this to me with any other services; it was like a scene from a comedy movie, except the situation was not funny.
