Verizon recently dug up my sidewalk in Pittsburg and replace a pole. in the front, in the process they damaged my curb to meter gas service line. and the gas company came to shut off the gas to my home due to leak and said verizon is responsible and will need to dig up again and replace that line. I have spend 3 hours calling around different departments but no luck. we have lung transplant and heart patient and 5 kids home who have to be fed and we have gas cooking. I need verizon to own up this and call me urgently at ***** as it will cost $3000 or more for me to find OQ certified plumber and also replace grass and concrete as verizon pole is there which caused the damage. Nightmare trying to reach verizon - 3 hrs and 4 different phone numbers given and no luck yet.
