My husband started a plan with Verizon 3 years ago, and then went to jail for 2 years and his account was eventually closed and put on his credit report with the amount he owes on his phone. I am wondering if we want to get serviced with Verizon, could we start back making those payments monthly for him to have a re-activated phone and the ability to pay that remaining balance overtime.
