I received an email in May telling me that I could now register to receive my rebate for signing up.
Every time I try to enter the promo code etc (from the email) I get a message that says "Promo code with the order/purchase date can't be found. Please try again."
I've had no help from the online chat, and a phone call (and the instruction to wait a few days) fails to help.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
