Low hanging wire blocking driveway

Good afternoon,

I have been trying to contact someone regarding low hanging wires located at W Shore Rd, Pasadena, MD. I have contacted the BG&E, and also tried to get through the Verizon customer service number . We are concerned that someone may hit the lines and cause more damage.
