I was told I was eligible for the military discount but once it was applied, my loyalty discount was taken which caused a 20 dollar increase in my bill. It was never stated that my loyalty discount would be taken away and the supposed supervisor named Jason I spoke with claims there was nothing he could do as he did not want to mess up my bill. Why would verizon think anyone would want a higher bill compared to what they were previously paying, especially in this economy. I’ve been a customer for 16 years and will be switching services!
