SIM Unlock - Still locked after almost a year

Hello!

So I’m trying to add a second non-VZW sim to my 15 Pro Max and despite having purchased this phone from Verizon at launch last year, my sim is still locked. From what I can tell, the policy is 60 days unless your account is in some kind of negative state or the phone is marked stolen, otherwise, it should have happened by now automatically. Can I get some help on getting this unlocked or some information on why it hasn’t been yet?

Hello jcoop269. We're sorry for the issues you're having. Devices that you purchase from Verizon are locked for 60 days after purchase. Devices that you purchase from our retail partners are locked for 60 days after activation. After 60 days, we will automatically remove the lock. Following the 60-day lock period, we do not lock our phones at any time.
