Posting

I had trouble getting back to this page and now I can not post, there  is nothing on the bottom of the page that says post (to post an answer to a question. I added the compatability view has suggested and have been able to get back to this screen and can view the post but can not actually post. Any suggestions. After spending an hour an a half with customer service who claims she never heard of this site I have up.

Yes I know I can post but it will only allow me to post one time then locks me out, I have to log off my computer and sign back on in order to beable to post again then after one post I get locked out of the post page. And the page only shows the Subject, Author, Kudos, and View and Posted it does not show the reply part, so I have to log off and get back on each time I want to post an answer.
