Nintendo switch promotion

i am currently looking into other internet and cellphone options. Simply because of the wild goose chase Verizon has me on. I have went through several escalation forms within the last two months over the Nintendo Switch. The promotional code they sent me DID NOT WORK! And now Verizon keeps denying my tickets. I FULLFILLED MY END OF THE PROMOTIONAL BARGAIN. YALL HAVE NOT!! The agent claims Verizon may not fulfill their end because they already sent me a code via email. This has rubbed me the wrong way. Clearly I am going through all this headache because the code never worked!!!!!!!

I just figured it out. I had the same issues....The link doesn't work in the app. Access ur account thru the google chrome browser in ur phone. It finishes up the transaction, and gives u shipping options.

I had to call customer service again for home internet and the manager had to escalate and process the order for me. I finally received the switch!!
