I have been using a verizon family plan of 6 services for 2 years. This Monday I invited my sister to join the family plan. And since then my account has been suspeneded. I have made about 10 calls with the customer service (and lets just say its not the best experience in my life) with the result being absolutely 0 progress. I have submitted documents as requested through email, and they always fail without telling me the reason. Today I called again. The service person told me (after waiting on hold for about half an hour) that they cannot reconnect my service and cannot provide the reason due to security policies. I have been autopaying this account for 2 years, and I provided all the valid credentials (SSN, verizon pin, proof of address). 5 of my friends currently has no cell phone service and they are abosutely furious.
This is absurd and humiliating. You suspeneded my account, won't provide any reason for it, and won't allow me to prove my identity. What's even crazier is that my account is still getting billed while suspended. FIX IT!!!!!!
