Sunday Ticket

I received an email stating I can get Sunday Ticket for free and You Tube TV. I am a new customer and bought 4 new Verizon phones. The link takes me to MY Verizon. Once I’m there there is no link for Sunday Ticket. This is the only reason I switched from AT&T after 25 years. Have Verizon only 3 days. Hope it’s corrected or I’ll return to AT&T

Use the link in the email to sign into your My Verizon Account or just sign into your My Verizon Account.
1. Mobile, 5G Home Plus and LTE Home Plus customers select Make the most of your plans.
2. Fios customers, select Home offers page.
Select the NFL Sunday Ticket Redemption tile.
Select Claim offer.
Review and accept the Verizon terms and conditions.
Provide consent for Verizon to access your Google account.
Add your Google account information if prompted or select your account if it's displayed.
Select Continue.
Begin watching NFL Sunday Ticket with a seamless transition to YouTube.

Good to know: Once the NFL Sunday Ticket subscription is activated, you can start watching your favorite teams on 9/8/24.

I am having this same issue. Both in a Browser and in the App. Always getting: "We're sorry. There was an error when adding this NFL Sunay Ticket promotion to your Verizon account. Please try again later."
