I bought a verizon gift card from the verizon website and when i received it and tried to use it, it stated the number was invalid.
I tried calling but there's no live rep.
I've purchased before and had no issues until this one.
Seems like an endless loop when you call customer service based on what I've read. Does anyone have a solution to this?
I'm out $100 just because I tried to buy a gift card from the actual verizon website
