Hi! I graduated from high school this year and recently got my own phone plan. I have been trying to login and get my phone number linked to my account, but every time I try the app always says, "That mobile number is not eligible for linking ". I have gone to a local Verizon store but the customer service didn’t help. I’m not sure what to do because I already have a cellular data plan and I need to cancel the Verizon plan before I get charged. Thanks help is appreciated!
