I’ve been fighting with Verizon for almost 3 months now trying to return a Nintendo switch that your system messed up and ordered 2! I have tons of notes on my account and been promised a shipping label which magically never comes. Then was told I would be credited to my account never happened! Anyone have this issue? And any advice on what to do because now I’m 2 months behind because was told not to pay until I got shipping label by a supervisor and that my account wouldn’t be suspended but yet it was and had to fight with them on that! All I want is to give them back this system and get my credit like promised! Worst experience ever with Verizon by far
