Hello! Can anyone please give me any suggestions on how to deal with Verizon regarding a ridiculous charge they are trying to make me pay for what they claim is for an unreturned device! I had an issue with Apple Watch I purchased in June 2024, reached out to Verizon who said they were going to mail a replacement and I would ship back the one I had. Unfortunately, I never heard back from Verizon about this replacement so when I reached out back in July 2024, they told me it would be a refurbish replacement so I told them to cancel it. They said it was canceled and I didn’t have to worry about anything but that they couldn’t do anything else about this watch expect have me contact Apple to see if it is cover through their warrant. Now, it’s August 2024, and they are saying they did send me a replacement and the proof is that someone signed and received it but it’s not my name and I never even knew I had a replacement sent! They are not haggling and trying to steal my money but adding this charge for an unreturned device which is technically the watch I have which I ordered in June 2024. Don’t have no other watch or a replacement.. otherwise I would’ve returned the watch!
