Hello -
I own a property in Burnet County, TX that has an old (1997) easement granted to GTE Southwest. There are no phone numbers on the boxes and the parcel is overgrown with weeds and trash.
It appears that none of the equipment has been serviced or accessed for many years.
1) If this easement is still valid, who do I contact to come out and clean up the mess?
2) If not valid who can I talk to about having the equipment removed and the easement vacated?
